Welcome to the 2025 All Star Nomination Form.  This form will allow you to submit your child's (or children's) name(s) for 2025 All Star Consideration.  By completing this registration, you are not guaranteed a spot on an All Star team.  More information about all stars will be found later in this registration.  Information on the All Star selection process can be found at placentiapony.com on the Supplemental Rules under the "Forms" tab.  PLAYERS ON PPB SELECT TEAMS DO NOT NEED TO COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION. Nominations are due by April 19th.   Late nominations may not be considered for All Star Selection.  IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING CONSIDERED FOR ALL STAR SELECTION, YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS REGISTRATION.
